Assam's Atlanta Saikia has kept the promise she made to herself in Class 3 when she lost her father. She resolved to buy her mother all the comforts which her father would have if he were around. Today, she is very close to fulfilling that promise.

Atlanta has scored a remarkable 159 marks in JEE (Mains) 2018 which is an incredible feat for a girl of her resources. She has also secured 33 rank in Assam Combined Entrance Examination. "As soon as she checked her result, she looked to heavens and remembered her dad.", tells Sukanya Bharadwaj, manager of Jorhat unit of CSRL Super30 where Atlanta is a student of 2017-18 batch and is preparing for JEE (Advance) 2018.

Atlanta's result is also a vindication of the struggles of her mother whose life's mission it has been to see her daughter is a top notch institution. Atlanta is very confident of getting into an IIT this year which she missed last year though she did qualify JEE (Mains).

Last year when she came to know about CSRL Super 30 supported by Oil India she seized the opportunity and has excelled this year. Her mother and grand parents will be the happiest when she will enter the gates of IIT. And so shall we be!

Congratulations Muzamil! 

Muzamil Sofi who is from Baramulla district has secured 163 marks in GN category against cut off of 74 marks in JEE (Mains) 2018. Against frequent news of killings and counter killings, this is a great news of radical transformation. Muzamil's father is a mason. He has one unmarried sister. On any day, the family barely manages to earn enough to meet the day's expense. 

Muzamil has expressed his gratefulness to PLL for supporting Super30 program in Kashmir. He had a dream to break the chain of poverty of his family by getting into top engineering college. With 163 marks he has secured a place in good NIT and almost sure to crack IIT Advance. CSRL Super30 Kashmir is located in the Army campus in the city where infrastructure support is getting by the Indian Army.

CSRL Oil India Super30 Jodhpur - Result of JEE Mains 2018 - Jagdish Suthar

The state of Rajasthan is famous for desert, but now it isw ell known for producing IITians from underprivileged families. Thanks to Oil India Ltd. who approved opening of CSRL Super 30 in Jodhpur three years ago. Jodhpur center has produced 100% results in JEE (Mains) and
90%+ in IIT JEE (Advance) in all these years. There have been several incredible stories of life transformation from this centre, but the inspiring story of Jagdish Suthar is testimony to how high standards of education and coaching can wipe out poverty in one go forever.

Jagdish's father is a carpenter who gets work
sporadically. His family is one of countless hand-to-mouth families in our country. Yet he dared to dream that oned ay he will make it to IIT, a dream which Oil India Super 30 (the program is a unit of CSRL Super 30) is proud to be part of.

He studied hard and has secured 270 marks in IIT JEE(Mains). Jagdish has not only topped his own city but is also the topper across our 15 centres. At this stage, he is single-mindedly preparing hard for JEE (Advance) 2018 while we wish that he only gets the best that is there.

IPS [Retd.] Abhayanand is in no way associated with Anand Kumar or his Ramanujan School of Mathematics

For some time now, a Facebook page is being maintained with the name of "Anand Kr. (super30)". In it's About section the page writes that its a "Community page dedicated to Mr. Anand Kumar and Mr. Abhayanand of Ramanujan School of Mathematics/Super 30. This page is maintained by a well-wisher."  However, this is a false and a baseless claim. Through this post, I would like to bring the same to the notice of all students, well-wishers and followers of Abhayanand Super30 and IPS [Retd.] Abhayanand.

As is widely known, Abhayanand is not in any way associated with Anand Kumar or his Ramanujan School of Mathematics. Unlike Ramanujan School of Mathematics which charges fees for coaching, Abhayanand has always believed in imparting free education to those who deserve it and cant afford it.

Through Abayanand Super30, Abhayanand continues to help the needy and talented students all over India in more than 10 cities and also in his own city of Patna. The students there benefit from free coaching for Entrance Exams of IIT and other reputed colleges. None of the students pays even a single penny at any of Abhayanand Super30 centres. The students are provided with free food/lodging/tution at each centre in all of the cities.

We request all of our followers and well-wishers to write to this ID - ws@satya-weblog.com requesting the admin of the said page to make necessary corrections and to stop maligning Abhayanand's name. 'Super Performance' of GAIL Utkatsh Super 100 in IIT JEE

50 students, who have been benefitted by specialized academic coaching under GAIL's CSR project qualified in the IIT entrance examination this year. The initiative supported wholly by GAIL (India) Ltd. and managed by Centre for Social Responsibility and Leadership (CSRL) has created a history with 50 out of 100 students making it to IIT this year.

Every year, 100 students are picked up from Uttar Pradesh & Madhya Pradesh for grooming to be part of India's best minds. In what is considered to be one of the toughest entrance examinations in the world, 95 out of 100 students qualified in IIT Mains this year and 50 out of these 95 cleared the IIT Advance round. In this batch of 50 IIT JEE achievers, 15 are General, 14 are OBCs, 18 are SCs and 03 are STs Candidates.  Last year the successful IIT JEE achievers were 39 students from the batch of 100 students.

Known as GAIL Utkarsh Super 100, this is a residential program that spans over 11 months and aims at coaching the meritorious students from underprivileged sections of the society. The selected students are provided with free food, accommodation and coaching under the academic guidance of Shri Abhayanand, IPS  to help them crack one of the toughest entrance examinations i.e. IIT/JEE. GAIL (India) Ltd. also provides scholarship to all the students who have secured seats in the engineering colleges through the "GAIL Charitable & Educational Trust". GAIL also helps the selected students for IIT/JEE with a scholarship of Rs.60,000/- annually per student to help them meet their academics fees etc. Students clearing other Competitive engineering examinations receive Rs. 48,000/ annually per student.

This project has completed five successful batches at Kanpur. Apart from Shri Abhayanand,  students are given academic guidance by the full-time teaching faculty as well. The faculty members are of IIT background, with rich experience of mentoring the students for cracking IIT/JEE examinations. The rigorous training helps students to train under the best guidance & mentoring which enables them to perform better.

ONGC Super30 Inaugurated amid Hope and Cheer!

The youth of Nazira district in Assam felt blessed when Mr. K.S. Jamestin, Dir(HR), ONGC cut the ribbon to inaugurate ONGC Super30 (Sibsagar, Assam) on July 4, 2014 in the presence of Mr. SS Minakshi Sundram (Deputy Commissioner, Sivsagar); Mr. Bijay G Kuligam (SP, Sivasagr Dist.); Mr. B.K. Baruah (Executive Director-Asset Manager, Assam Asset); Mr. S.K. Shahi (Director, CSRL);Mr V.K. Verma (GM (HR), Assam Asset); Mr. S.L. Purohit (DGM, CSR Assam Asset, Nazira).

 ONGC Super30 is another unit of CSRL's prestigious flagship project Abhayanand Super30 where selected talented students of Underprivileged background are given training of Engineering Entrance Examinations for admissions to IITs/NITs/IIST/etc. It is a 11 months program where students are provided with free boarding, lodging, tutoring and mentoring. All of the students through a diligent selection process comprising of a written test followed by interview.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Jamestin advised the students to take proper advantage of the generous opportunity and to pass on the information about the project to their siblings and friends and other deserving students. He also motivated the students to overcome the barriers of language and opportunity.
